Buying Requirement Terms
        

     
            All items must be payed through an account or prepaid by a credit card. If you don't have an account but would like one, please contact customer service. Once the item or items of your choice are purchased and put in your shopping cart, and payment is
processed we will determine if any of these items require additional paperwork.
As a consumer, you are responsible to provide the necessary paperwork, or contact information needed to complete the transaction for shipping. We will not ship any dental supplies to your home, unless
you provide the personal information needed and pay for the products in your shopping cart.     All packages delivered in the lower peninsula of Michigan will receive a fuel charge of $4.95, other locations will include a pricing. All packages will ship when paperwork and payment is processed, averaging two to three days. The tracking number will also be forwarded in an email.


RETURN POLICY

All items on our site are new and do carry manufactures warranties. Returns are only granted for
merchandise found to be defective immediately upon receipt. In the case dental supplies of a new product
is transferred to you and leaves the transfer dealer it is then considered used and would only be repaired or replaced by the manufacture only. No refund can be issued in that situation. If any dental supplies is found defective or usable
at the time of inspection we offer the options of a replacement item if available, or a full
refund upon the return of original merchandise.

All returns will be subject to our customer service department. All products are to be inspected by the
customer at time of pickup. Customers must notify us immediately for any unsatisfactory conditions, whether
manufactures defects or shipping damages.
Returns are only to be shipped to us directly and in accordance with laws. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP TO
ADDRESS ON RECEIVING BOX  WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VERIFY THE RETURN POSSIBLY DELAYING
OR REFUND NOT BEING ISSUED.
